Our time at the Grand Design Owners Rally in Eustis Florida is just about over. Until this morning (Sunday) the weather has been beautiful. We have had a lot of fun and met some great people with similar interests as ours. There were also some vendors and representatives from Grand Design with information to make RVing easier and more interesting.
This rally was also a good chance to take the rig out for a short trip. We have made a few modifications to our home and added a few things that need to be stored properly. We also have gotten rid of quite a bit during the winter yard sales to lighten the load.
On the way back to Zephyrhills the truck and trailer are getting a bath. For years we have avoided truck washes not knowing how they would treat an RV but another RVer told us about their great experience and we tried it. Now I will pay the reasonable price to get the rig washed in under an hour than kill ourselves in the all day process of washing it on our own.
