'20/#12 Traipse Around Tuesday

Ok, it wasn't actually traipsing. We had a purpose or actually several purposes. This is our day to break quarantine to complete our essential tasks out of our home. As usual we went to the trash, did our laundry, and did enough shopping to hold us over for another week.

It seems like forever but we have been isolating for just under a month. Even though the president and several governors are talking about easing social distancing orders we have decided to stay the course until we feel better about the pandemic. When we are convinced that things are going in the right direction we will decide what precautions are necessary and which we can start to ween ourselves off. I am not telling anyone else what to do. This is our plan! Everyone has to figure out what is best for themselves and their family.

We are fighting boredom just like everyone else and looking forward to whatever the new normal will be. There is still work to be done on our rig and we would love to find the time to safely see friends and family, but we know that may not be possible. Some RV repair shops are starting to open so that is a possibility. It would be nice to get on the road for a little while. Our "hitch-itch" is getting worse the longer we do not move.

Well I will sign off hoping that you and your loved ones are staying safe like we are in our home in Pharr Texas because....

Home is where we park it,
Frank and Mary

  2. Looks like we will be heading for Michigan on the 29th. Fingers crossed that a) we make it, b) no serious problems with plumbing, etc. once we get there, and c) there is something for us to come back to in October. Fun stuff!!
